Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions and credit purchases for Clarvi, operated by Gustavo Adolfo Moreno Cubaque, an individual sole proprietor based in Villavicencio, Colombia.
1. Merchant of Record
All payments for Clarvi are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Paddle in accordance with this Policy together with Paddle's own refund policies.
2. 14-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 14 days of your subscription purchase or renewal.
3. Deduction for Credits Used
Because Clarvi subscriptions convert into credits used to generate images, refunds are calculated less the value of any credits already consumed up to the date of your cancellation or refund request. In other words, you are refunded for the unused portion of your purchase; credits already used to generate images are non-refundable. Permanent credits from one-off top-ups follow the same rule: only unused credits are eligible.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@clarvi.app with the email address used for your purchase and your order or invoice number. You may also be able to request a refund directly through Paddle using the receipt you received at checkout.
5. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future automatic renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Cancellation by itself does not generate a refund; to receive a refund you must submit a request within the 14-day window described above. Note that unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next cycle.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be available where: the 14-day window has passed; all or substantially all credits for the period have been consumed; or the request arises from a violation of our Terms of Service.
7. Statutory Rights
This Policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
